Emotionally Focused Therapy

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a short-term, structured approach to couple's therapy. EFT is based on 20 years of empirical research and was developed by Sue Johnson, Ph.D., and Les Greenberg, Ph.D. EFT had demonstrated clinical effectiveness, with 70-75% of couples surveyed moving from distress to recovery and approximately 90% showing significant improvement.
